• Liaise with designers to obtain overall brief, design concept, and identify locations for artwork
• Formulate a budget layout, with unique reference numbers assigned to each piece and location
• Identify a level of importance per artwork
• Propose an Artwork program suited to the clients brief and budget allocation. This is achieved through a selection
of photographs, drawings or other visual aids as a style indication guide
• Present a final visual Artwork program to the client through tailor made art presentation boards exclusively designed
for each project
• Refine the brief; negotiate and commission artworks; inspect progress to ensure quality control and design
